Who counts as a user?
DevInsight charges on a per-user basis. Users are defined as active contributors, or anyone who makes at least one commit to a supported repository in the preceeding three-month period.
Should I add developers as users?
Absolutely! It’s very common for high performing teams to give everyone access to the visibility provided by DevInsight. These high performing teams have found that giving developers more visibility can help them self-correct inefficiencies, and make continuous improvements. After all, it’s usually developers that are first aware of bottlenecks, and how to resolve them.
What if different teams use different repositories?
We’re responsive to your infrastructure and workflow decisions, and don’t limit the number of teams or repositories you can manage. DevInsight also gives you fine-grained access control so you can maintain the security and autonomy of different teams.
What about data security?
DevInsight is built from the ground up to be secure — because we value the trust our customers put in us when they connect their sensitive systems. We only collect and store necessary metadata related to your deployment (such as pull request titles and commit messages).

Is there a limit on data sources I can connect to?
There is no limit, and we do not charge for additional connections. DevInsight lets customers connect to a wide range of popular developer, devops, and project management tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Jenkins, PagerDuty, and more.
